BACKGROUND |
Focus for the past ten years on consultation to business, industry and universities on issues related to the entire expatriation cycle, from pre-departure candidate screening and preparation through repatriation.

Licensed psychologist (two-year , pre-doctoral and post-doctoral fellowship in clinical psychology with Harvard Medical School affiliated program; licensure 1986 to present, Commonwealth of Massachusetts).

Program Manager and Clinical Director of International EAP for International SOS since 1998.

Former expatriate in Beijing, China for three years; also stays in France for one year and Germany for three months. While in Beijing, psychologist consultant to all sectors of the expatriate community, including Western medical clinics and offices for major multinational corporations.

Presentations at national and international conferences on topics related to International EAP, managing the risk of failed assignments, international assignment selection and preparation, and crisis management in a multi-cultural milieu.
