The program, customized from information gathered by the pre-program materials, includes:
Exploration of employee (and spouse) personal history related to areas that are key to successful adjustment on assignment
Debriefing of the instrument battery with special attention to implications for the assignment
Coverage of major areas of assignment challenge in psychosocial, cultural, and work domains
Enhancement of marital teamwork (where applies)
